This one here's a make-up date, of sorts. Our unexpected July cancellation left a lot of fans wondering when we would be back... well, wonder no more kimosabe. We can't believe the summer is winding down, but let's blow it out with a blast, eh?

Also, many of you have been asking about pics. Pics will be up as soon as we can get the formatting straight, which should take a few days. We have pics from our summer Philly shows, as well as some from a NYS Dept. of Health picnic on at Krause's on the Mohawk River. Sit tight!

Hello all… this is a quick missive to let you know that the Almighty Frequencies WILL NOT appear this Friday night at the Cheers Roadhouse Grill.

Management double booked the club for Friday and did not notify us until Wednesday evening. We are extremely sorry to our many Colonie fans and friends who planned to join us that night, but the situation is beyond our control.

Please direct all inquiries to the club at 489-3170.

No worries... a private party here and there and we'll be back in the clubs in late June (at the Philly, no less!) We've got a few new tunes on deck, a fire in the belly and some seriously smokin' chills (they're multiplyin'). Hang tight and see you soon!

We're really excited about our summer shows at The Factory Eatery in Ballston Spa, Santino's in Latham and of course return engagements at Cheers and The Philly. Speaking of the Philly, pics from that show and a handful from May's Glenville Saloon gig are up in the PHOTOS section. Thanks to staff at both for showing us a good time. Also, we figured we'd post a few MP3s in the multimedia section for good measure. Party where y'are.

Awesome time at Cheers Roadhouse Grille last Saturday! The place was packed and the drinks went down easier than a (insert cheap sex trade gag here). Thanks to James and staff, who went above and beyond the call of duty to keep everyone sated. Pics... we know, we know. Very, very soon. Check back shortly...

Allright then, the warmer weather brings us back to the THE GLENVILLE SALOON on Saturday, May 12th. Not only do you get the sweet sounds of AMF, you also get to witness what was one of the premier rock clubs of the 80's, when acts like John Cougar, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Queensryche and Twisted Sister all made stops there under the clubs two previous monickers: Allan's and Radio City! It's an old gem, with over 6000 square feet of rustic hand hewn beams and a Wild West feel that makes us yearn for Lorne Greene and old episodes of Bonanza. See you there!

Just a quick note here to let everyone know that our start time at the THE LAST RESORT is around 9:30 PM. We mention this because the Times Union's Preview Magazine has us listed for 8:00 PM. So, you don't need to come that early unless you (a) are hungry, or (b) enjoy watching guys hoof amps around and testing microphone levels. See you there!

Hey lads & ladies... Saturday's debut show at the THE GLENVILLE SALOON was awesome! We've got ourselves a bona fide 7-piece powerhouse here folks, and there's plenty more where that came from. It was great to see some old friends and fans of our former bands out and about, and we replied in kind with the rock, the blues, the funk, the soul! Check back soon for pics. Thanks to the staff at GS, who wasted no time in asking us back soon, so stay tuned for future dates in Glenville.
